• Riders/Transporters operate as independent contractors.
• This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
• Riders are not entitled to employee benefits such as salary, insurance, or statutory benefits.

Buildours operates as a technology platform connecting users, suppliers, and delivery partners.

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Assign or restrict order access
• Modify pricing and payout structures
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Hold or adjust payments as per platform policies

Such actions are taken in accordance with operational and compliance requirements.

Riders must provide:

• Valid identification (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Driving license (DL)
• Vehicle documents (RC, Insurance)
• Bank account details

Security Deposit (if applicable)

• A deposit may be required based on operational needs
• Non-interest bearing
• Refund subject to:
• Account closure
• Clearance of dues
• Verification period

Adjustments may be made for valid claims, if applicable.

• Riders are expected to fulfill accepted orders responsibly
• Repeated cancellations may impact account performance

Platform may apply:

• Performance monitoring
• Temporary restrictions or penalties

Riders are expected to ensure:

• Timely pickup and delivery
• Proper handling of materials
• Accurate delivery as per order details

Delays or service issues may affect performance ratings and incentives.

• Riders should take reasonable care during transport
• In case of verified damage, loss, or shortage:
• Appropriate review and resolution will be conducted
• Adjustments or penalties may be applied as per policy

• Payouts are processed within a defined cycle (e.g., T+7 days)
• Payments may be subject to:
• Verification
• Dispute resolution

Buildours may adjust payouts for:

• Valid penalties

Operational discrepancies

Riders must:

• Maintain professional behavior
• Avoid collecting unauthorized payments
• Provide accurate delivery updates

Misconduct or misuse may result in:

• Suspension
• Account restrictions

Permanent removal

Riders are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid vehicle documents
• Following traffic laws and safety regulations
• Handling legal or compliance matters related to operations

• Riders are required to keep the app active during deliveries
• Location tracking may be used for:
• Order tracking
• Route optimization
• Customer support

Performance may be evaluated based on:

• Order acceptance rate
• On-time delivery
• Customer ratings

Failure to meet standards may lead to:

• Reduced order allocation
• Temporary suspension

Account review

Prohibited activities include:

• Fake bookings or delivery updates
• Multiple or unauthorized accounts
• Bypassing the platform

Such actions may result in:

• Account suspension or termination

Legal action where applicable

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Restrict access
• Terminate services

Based on performance, compliance, or policy violations.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Buildours shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Riders operate independently and are responsible for their actions

Riders agree to indemnify Buildours against:

• Claims arising from rider actions
• Violations of laws or platform policies

Riders must not:

• Share customer information
• Disclose platform data
• Use platform information for unauthorized purposes

Buildours shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Strikes or unforeseen events

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Buildours may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance.
