Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of this Agreement:

• “Buildours” refers to the platform operator providing digital services for material supply and logistics.
• “Retail Partner” refers to any individual or entity purchasing materials from Buildours and supplying them to customers through the platform.
• “Customer” refers to the end user placing orders via the platform.
• “Rider” refers to delivery personnel assigned through the Buildours platform.

This Agreement governs all interactions, transactions, and operations between Buildours and the Retail Partner.

The Retail Partner operates as an independent reseller.

• This Agreement does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
• The Retail Partner has no rights over Buildours’:
• Customers
• Brand
• Pricing system
• Business operations

Any such claims shall be considered invalid.

Buildours retains full control over:

• Order allocation
• Pricing
• Delivery operations
• Customer interactions
• Payment processing

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time
• Restrict or suspend access
• Impose penalties
• Terminate accounts without prior notice

• Retail Partners must purchase materials exclusively from Buildours.
• Orders must be fulfilled only through the platform.
• Refusal, delay, or partial fulfillment is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination.

• All pricing is determined solely by Buildours.
• Retail Partners are strictly prohibited from:
• Altering prices
• Offering discounts
• Negotiating outside the platform

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

• All customer payments are processed by Buildours.
• Retail Partner settlements are made after applicable deductions, including:
• Platform charges
• Penalties
• Adjustments

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Delay or hold payments
• Adjust settlements based on operational or dispute-related factors

• Retail Partners must coordinate with assigned riders.
• They are responsible for:
• Proper loading
• Accurate documentation

Responsibility for correctness continues even after handover to the rider.

• All supplied materials must strictly match order specifications.
• Any discrepancy in quantity or quality is the responsibility of the Retail Partner.

Buildours’ assessment in such cases shall be final and binding.

• Retail Partners must ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.

Delays may result in:

• Penalties
• Reduced order allocation
• Suspension or termination

Retail Partners are fully responsible for:

• Incorrect supply
• Poor quality
• Shortage

They must compensate Buildours for any resulting loss, including refunds or replacements.
Such amounts may be deducted directly from settlements.

• A mandatory security deposit may be required.
• It will be used for:
• Risk mitigation
• Penalty recovery

Refund is subject to:

• Account closure
• Full settlement of dues

Retail Partners must not:

• Contact customers directly
• Engage in off-platform transactions
• Share customer information

Violation may result in:

• Permanent suspension
• Legal action

• All platform data remains the exclusive property of Buildours.
• Retail Partners must not:
• Use
• Share
• Exploit data

Unauthorized use may lead to legal consequences.

Any fraudulent activity including:

• Fake orders
• Manipulation
• Collusion

Will result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Financial penalties
• Legal action

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
• Restrict platform access

No compensation shall be provided for such actions.

Buildours shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Profit losses
• Operational costs

Retail Partners operate at their own risk.

Retail Partners agree to:

• Indemnify and hold Buildours harmless from all claims, damages, or losses
• Cover liabilities arising from their actions or non-compliance

This obligation survives termination.

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Buildours’ operational decisions shall be considered final.

Buildours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By using the Buildours platform, the Retail Partner:

• Confirms they have read and understood this Agreement
• Agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies
