• “Company” refers to Buildours, including its owners, employees, and representatives.
• “User” / “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity using the platform to purchase materials.
• “Supplier” refers to third-party vendors providing materials.
• “Transporter” refers to third-party logistics or delivery providers.
• “Order” refers to a request placed through the platform after successful payment.

Buildours operates as a technology intermediary platform.

• Buildours does not manufacture, own, or store materials.
• Buildours does not guarantee material quality, quantity, or suitability.
• Buildours does not employ suppliers or transporters.

The platform’s role is limited to:

• Facilitating order placement
• Providing tracking features
• Enabling payment processing

All transactions occur between Users and third-party Suppliers.

By using the platform, Users agree to:

• Be legally capable of entering into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject user registrations
• Request identity or business verification documents
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

• Orders require advance payment for confirmation
• The platform operates on a no-credit basis
• Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details

Additional charges may apply for:

• Delivery delays due to site conditions
• Route or address changes
• Waiting time or unloading delays

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Cancellation or modification requests are subject to approval
• Charges or penalties may apply depending on order status

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues

Users must:

• Ensure site readiness
• Arrange unloading support if required

Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to user-side issues.

Users are responsible for verifying materials at delivery:

• Quantity
• Quality
• Type

Once accepted, requests for return, replacement, or refund may be limited and subject to review.

• Materials are supplied by independent third-party suppliers
• Buildours does not directly control supplier operations

Any disputes regarding:

• Quality
• Specifications
• Performance

Should be addressed with the supplier, with Buildours providing reasonable support where possible.

• Delivery is handled by independent transporters
• Buildours is not responsible for:
• Delivery delays
• Damages caused during transport

Driver-related issues

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Bypass the platform for transactions
• Misuse offers or services

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Restricted access
• Legal action where applicable

• Refunds are processed based on internal review
• Eligibility depends on the nature of the issue

Refunds may not be applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Site unpreparedness
• Delivery delays beyond reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law:

• Buildours shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability, if applicable, is limited to platform service charges

Users agree to indemnify and hold Buildours harmless against:

• Third-party claims
• Losses arising from misuse of the platform

Violations of these Terms

Buildours shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Strikes or disruptions
• Unforeseen events beyond control

Buildours reserves the right to:

• Update pricing, policies, or services
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Modify or discontinue platform features

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Buildours may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
